Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role will support onboarding activities, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a seamless experience for new employees and students.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding activities, including processing required forms and preparing welcome packages.
Respond to pre-arrival inquiries from new employees and students.
Manage all badging requirements and coordinate daily with Security and Badging teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and administrative workflows.
Support planning and coordination of student and new hire onboarding activities.
Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with reporting, tracking, and administrative data management.
Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments and external contacts.
