Vice President of Sales

Location: [Houston, TX + New York City, NY + Duluth, GA + Chandler, AZ]

DEPLOY has been retained by a global company that delivers PEO + Payroll + HR + Staffing solutions

We are seek a Vice President of Sales.

As the VP of Sales, you will own our complete sales lifecycle and revenue strategy across both high-volume staffing services and specialized executive/niche talent recruitment.

You will lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing team tasked with hunting new enterprise accounts, converting warm inbound leads, and expanding existing client footprints.

If you have a proven track record of driving revenue in staffing, HR technology, or workforce solutions, and know how to sell both broad workforce strategies and highly specialized talent solutions, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for:

• A Staffing & HR Solutions Veteran: You have spent significant time in staffing, recruiting services, HR tech/SaaS, or selling directly to human resources leadership and staffing providers.
• A Dual-Threat Leader: You are comfortable working alongside rep-level hunters in the trenches while simultaneously presenting high-level workforce strategies to C-suite executives.
• A Master Communicator: You understand the unique pain points of HR departments—from broad retention and scale issues to finding "needle-in-a-haystack" talent.

If you have

• Industry Expertise: Proven track record selling staffing solutions, HR products, workforce management, or consulting services.
• Lead Generation Mastery: Hands-on experience driving both inbound warm lead strategy and rigorous cold prospecting methodologies.
• Broad & Niche Talent Knowledge: Familiarity with high-volume workforce supply dynamics and specialized niche recruiting workflows.
