Warranty Administrator

Apple Farm Service is looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join their team as their next Warranty Administrator. This candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process of warranty claims for all five locations of Apple Farm Service. The Warranty Claims Administrator will be efficient in claiming money from our dozens of vendors when the company receives broken or failed parts, defunct equipment, or labor from replacing defunct equipment. This candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and not afraid to problem solve.

Responsibilities:

Log all warranty claims into the dealer business system and vendor portal

Take all necessary pictures or videos of failed or defunct parts or equipment to prove failure

Follow up with vendors on the process of unpaid claims

Log all funds paid by the vendor to the business system

Communicate between the Service and Parts manager on status of claims

Act as the point of contact between the dealership and quality control of our vendors

Aid the service department in any necessary projects such as lot or storefront improvement

Experience: (Not required, but preferred):

Experience with warranty claims from a dealership or related field

Experience with agricultural or construction machinery

Experience with digital cameras or video cameras

Experience with dealership business systems

Basic computer operations such as Outlook, Excel, Word, ect.

Pay:

Pay based on experience and work ethic.

Time and a half paid for any hours worked over 40 hr/wk.

Raises offered based on performance and time spent within the company
