As a valued team member, you will actively work and participate with our team of teachers and staff to provide support and services to children and their families as a role model for children; Guide diverse children using a strengths-based, culturally relevant approach that supports the whole family; Support the development and implementation of plans for activities, events and projects that align with Wilder's strategy and CDC's goals; and help maintain an incredible experience and environment that's clean, welcoming and accessible for children and their families such as light housekeeping, laundry, occasional meal prep and cleanup. You're self-motivated and can work independently, but you're not afraid to ask questions or seek clarification when needed and also efficient and organized, able to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
