Our business scope covers CMP, photomask, wafer and mask inspection, consumable spare parts, SOI wafer, LCD process and inspection equipment and materials; outsourcing service in tool manufacturing; clean room and MEP turnkey projects, DI water, gas and chemical supply systems, water treatment systems, facility monitoring and control system, etc. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, field crews, tool vendors, facility teams, and internal project teams to ensure tool move-in, hook-up, pre-facilitation, installation, punch list, and handover activities are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with client, EHS, QAQC, and cleanroom requirements.
