Working under the direction of the Warranty Supervisor and Operations Management, this technician ensures timely resolution of customer concerns, verifies system performance, and maintains a strong focus on service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots.
