Under the general direction of the Quality Leader, this position is accountable for coordinating the design/process compatibility of existing parts and products and working with Supplier Quality Engineers and Product Engineering to, with purchasing, determine the capability of existing and new suppliers. Advanced training or experience using statistical techniques, quality tools, Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC, 8D, 5-Why, fishbone, FMEA, control plans, mistake-proofing, or other structured continuous improvement methods.
