You will independently lead a wide range of legal initiatives, including corporate governance, strategic transactions and financing, entity management, and corporate legal operations, exercising judgment on complex matters where established precedent may not fully apply. Lead legal workstreams for strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing transactions, and strategic partnerships; independently manage diligence, structuring support, and documentation from inception through close.
