In addition to traditional industrial engineering responsibilities such as capacity planning, process improvement, and facility layout design, this role will play a key role in maximizing warehouse space utilization, supporting infrastructure expansion projects, and enabling the successful onboarding of new customers and business opportunities by working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Program Management, Quality, Facilities, Finance, and Global Operations teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who is comfortable analyzing data, multitasking, leading cross-functional projects, and influencing organizational change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
