This role directly manages pharmacy Director-level leaders, leads cross-functional pharmacy operational and technology project management, drives KPI/metric reporting and continuous improvement, and serves as the primary point of accountability for translating department strategy into consistent, well-executed operations across the Bassett Healthcare Network pharmacy enterprise. Responsibilities: The Vice President of Pharmacy Operations provides senior operational leadership for pharmacy services across Bassett Healthcare Network, spanning hospital, retail, infusion, and specialty pharmacy sites throughout the network's New York service area (Cooperstown, Oneonta, Delhi, Herkimer, and Utica).
