Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot all mechanical and automated equipment to ensure optimal operating efficiency; verify and maintain machine safety systems, including safety relays, light curtains, and interlocks. Automation & Controls: Calibrate process instrumentation (flow meters, pressure transducers, temperature sensors, photo-eyes, proximity sensors); program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and HMIs.
