Serve as the primary resource for HR questions and employee relations across all locations; coordinate health insurance and run a smooth annual open enrollment; support accurate, on-time payroll with our provider; keep us compliant with employment law; and provide light office and administrative support that keeps our multi-unit operation running. Partner with GMs to ensure required training is completed on time for team members, managers, and GMs, and build the development and cross-training paths that turn today's crew into tomorrow's shift leaders, managers, and operators.
