Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform cleaning procedures required by the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and other required duties to maintain assigned areas sanitary and clean, i.e., floor drains, hand wash sinks, overheads, production trash cans, clean floors, walls, ceiling, air vents, lights, ledges, beams, etc., of the plant, equipment, and exterior of all equipment, etc. Description: The role of the Sanitation Technician is to perform operations including but not limited general cleaning and sanitation of production areas, clean-in-place (CIP) and clean-out-of-place (COP) equipment, exterior of building, and other areas as assigned.
