Skills, Abilities & Knowledge for this Role: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene, or other healthcare field, plus at least two years of work experience in a dental practice or other healthcare setting as a dental hygienist, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Improves population oral health and helps manage healthcare costs for employer groups by analyzing, implementing, and measuring the impact of customized education, oral health management and engagement programs, and targeting interventions to improve oral health outcomes.
