Our long-term strategy focuses on maintaining housing security through diverse permanent options, specifically Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for the chronically homeless and specialized Licensed Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs), ensuring a systematic pathway for clients moving from homelessness to long-term stability. This position ensures continuous 24/7 staffing coverage, provides direct supervision and support to frontline staff, and ensures a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment for residents.
