Job Description: As the Towers/Line HACCP/640 Collator operator, the employee is responsible for monitoring the operation of the Towers, Line HACCP, 640 Collator, and overseeing and having working knowledge of the DMC, SMC, Towers, salt and Crystalban processes, Fines Savers, Boxer, and Curd Distribution Tank (CDT) as well as entering production information in the system. Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include: Frequent movements include walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
