Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role oversees Production Planners and Production Control Associates, establishes production priorities, monitors schedule performance, identifies capacity and material constraints, and drives corrective actions to support on-time delivery. The Master Planner leads the Production Planning & Control team, developing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand while optimizing production capacity, labor, materials, and inventory.
