Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance; moving up and down stairs, service ramps, and ladders; working from heights (lifts, ladders, or scaffolding); working in restricted spaces such as crawl spaces, sump areas, and attics; and reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, with or without reasonable accommodation. Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, modifications, and routine service on a wide variety of facilities and building equipment, systems, structures, and hardware, including air handlers, domestic water, chilled water, hot water, steam, building exhaust, compressed air, controls, lighting, electrical, security, and fire systems.
