Performs maintenance tasks as needed, including but not limited to light bulb changes, filter maintenance, cleaning, power washing, assist maintenance technicians, and other assignments as directed. Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other hospital surfaces.
