Performs maintenance tasks as needed, including but not limited to light bulb changes, filter maintenance, cleaning, power washing, assist maintenance technicians, and other assignments as directed. Job Responsibilities: Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other hospital surfaces.
