Our Social Workers operate within a multi-tiered system of support, advancing students’ social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health through preventative, responsive, and individualized care, while using strengths-based, culturally responsive, and anti-racist practices to ensure all students, especially those historically marginalized, experience dignity, belonging, and opportunity. Social Workers serve as critical thinkers and compassionate advocates, partnering with families, educators, and community providers to remove barriers to learning and well-being, and leveraging data, professional expertise, and relational trust to design and implement interventions that support both individual students and the broader school community.
