Reporting to our Chief Legal Officer, you will oversee Sabre's SEC compliance program, lead its corporate governance efforts, capital markets/financings, partner with executive leadership and the Board of Directors, and provide strategic legal support for our equity programs and corporate transactions. Built on an open, modular, cloud-native architecture, Sabre serves as the backbone for both established leaders and bold, new disruptors, guiding them to the next age of travel retailing through intelligent, connected, and personalized experiences.
