This role supports outpatient, operating room, and inpatient care for patients with complex spinal conditions, combining surgical and clinical responsibilities in a collaborative specialty setting. Coordinate perioperative care, communicate with patients, families, nursing, and consulting services, and support discharge planning and postoperative follow-up.
