Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): + Call Management : Receive and assign requests from employees, contractors, customers, guests, and the public + Emergency Dispatch : Dispatch Security, Fire, Emergency Medical Services, law enforcement, and other resources + Coordination : Coordinate daily activities with onsite Security and Fire personnel + System Utilization : Use Computer Aided Dispatching and Report Management Systems to dispatch and document incidents + Information Handling : Transmit and retrieve information through security data networks + Facility Monitoring : Monitor facilities using access control, video management, and radio systems + Access Control : Issue keys and electronic access controls through approval systems + Training Support : Assist and train new communications officers as needed + Personal Accountability : Maintain, clean, and care for Textron Aviation equipment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, contractors, and the public is needed Skillset that allows you to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure (in emergency and non-emergency scenarios) is needed.
