In this role, you'll help maintain clean, welcoming outdoor spaces, handle basic maintenance tasks, and assist the maintenance team with keeping the community safe, functional, and comfortable for residents throughout the year. Complete light maintenance and corrective repairs in apartments and common areas, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, lock changes, and fixture replacements.
