This includes operating the facility in a safe and efficient manner on the shift assigned, the appraisal and development of direct reports as well as the implementation of various programs such as Competency Model Development, SEMS, SAP, Process Safety Management, Continuous Improvement, Preventive Maintenance, GMP’s, Food Safety, Government Regulations and Policies. We are hiring a Production Shift Manager (Night Shift) to effectively communicate, develop, implement, and execute the daily, weekly and monthly production needs as set forth by the Operations Managers.
