Your responsibilities would include:Supervising the day-to-day operations of a home in the areas of: Programs, Health/Medical, Financial, Personnel, Training, and Household & MaintenanceBe the primary liaison between the Direct Support Professionals, families/guardians, day program, and the County Case ManagerEnsuring all programmatic features of the client's Individual Service Plan and Individual Program Plan are carried out in an effective mannerManagement of staff and responsible for the decision making necessary for the operation of their departmentHands on direct careYou'll be a great fit if you:Promote a positive, fun, and supportive team environment!
