You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate professionally with staff and visitors. Provide customer service to clients, staff, residents, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a correctional setting.
