  We are seeking Part-time Security Officers for the Portland International Airport.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Must be 18 years of age.* Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.* Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.* This position requires regular and constant lifting/moving/pulling or pushing of 27-55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).*

The employee is regularly required to stand or sit for moderate periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; balance; bend and reach with hands and arms; use feet to operate foot pedal operation; and talk or hear. About the Position: Transfer and store inventory and supplies via forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to support production and perform inventory counts and verification activities.
