This individual will be responsible for day-to-day team sales operations, including supporting Team Sales reps, processing customer orders, fielding customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between Sales, Fulfillment, and key accounts. Manage the customer order lifecycle from quote to delivery, including artwork approvals, order minimums, and production timelines, working closely with Operations and Production to deliver accurate, on-time, complete orders.
