The Porter is responsible for assisting with all phases of grounds, property maintenance, and appearance, including, but not limited to, power washing, raking, yard maintenance, trash collection, and appliance delivery. Assumes responsibility for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
