Evaluate, select, and evangelize emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support modernization and innovation (e.g., cloud-native, AI/ML, event-driven architecture) with knowledge of emerging trends across the tech industry. Own day-to-day platform operations including security model, data quality and system configuration (flows, validation rules, objects, page layouts); proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance and adoption.
