Performs side work during shift downtime including but not limited to; rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, cleaning works areas, cleaning bathrooms, etc. Ensures kitchen work areas, restaurant common areas, plate ware, silverware, equipment and utensils are clean and in excellent condition.
