Responsibilities include drafting and arguing substantive motions such as motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and Daubert motions; managing fact and expert discovery in coordination with technical experts and consultants; assisting with IP enforcement and defense strategies, including injunctions and damages analysis; counseling clients on litigation risk, strategy, and dispute resolution; and collaborating closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex, high‑stakes matters. The attorney will handle all phases of intellectual property litigation, including pre‑suit investigations, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, and will represent clients in disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition.
