As the retail, gaming and entertainment entity of the Cherokee Nation, it owns and operates a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, retail shops, fuel/convenience stores, golf courses, hotels, a horse racing track and an RV campground. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
