The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, a structured working style, and the composure to keep domestic and international customers confident while coordinating orders with production and shipping. 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience in inside sales, production planning and pricing, or shipping and freight carrier quotes and POs.
