Lead RELAY Transitions:Own the planning, coordination, and execution of RELAY transitions: Stage 4 (Development to Construction) and Stage 6 (Construction to Operations), ensuring seamless handoffs, clear accountability, and timely delivery of all required inputs and approvals. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives -- preferably in infrastructure, energy, construction, or related industries.
