Maintain the grounds, including but not limited to cutting lawn, fertilizing, watering, planting, pruning, trimming, seeding, pickup garbage, and laying sod. Proven knowledge and ability to operate skid steer loader, dump trucks, snow blowers, backhoe and front-end loaders.
