In retail accounts, work product from store back stock and/or delivery loads; handling cases, bottles and cans of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages for the purpose of sale or storage. This includes filling and rotating product in cold boxes, on dry shelves, and building and maintaining displays with POS (point of sale) as necessary.

Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 6+ months of experience working with computers and software applications; previous work in cable operations or a telecommunications call center. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities Merchandisers execute merchandising directives and re-sets, establish a positive rapport with store personnel and customers, and relay information to Scotts Sales team regarding inventory opportunities. Workers must follow all site safety rules, wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, steel‑toe boots), attend safety briefings, use proper lifting techniques, and report hazards or injuries immediately. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and outdoor or industrial environments.

The employee is regularly required to stand or sit for moderate periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; balance; bend and reach with hands and arms; use feet to operate foot pedal operation; and talk or hear. About the Position: Transfer and store inventory and supplies via forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to support production and perform inventory counts and verification activities.
