Develop Professional Continuing Education (PCE) to educate joint service active duty, reservist, and National Guard officers, enlisted, and civilians on tactical, strategic, and operational levels of the topics identified in the applicable school's Qualifications/Technical Experience section. Subject matter includes BUILDER, PAVER, TRIRIGA, Enterprise Sustainment Management System (eSMS), cost estimating, funds management, and cultural resources management, with additional subject matter and systems as the career field evolves.
