Team members measure dimensions, prepare items for packaging, and work toward daily production targets.
In the packaging portion of the role, employees read and follow customer packaging instructions, inspect and measure finished pieces, operate equipment such as a convoluter when needed, generate SAP tags, poly wrap and label products, and stage materials for shipment.
Employees must be willing to cross train and work in all areas of the department as production needs require. The job requires frequent lifting of 51 to 100 pounds, along with pushing or pulling stacks of foam weighing up to 100 pounds.
