The Director of 3PL Warehouse Operations is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse network, including warehouse operations, 3PL performance management, operating costs, current and new partner evaluation, contract negotiations, and onboarding of new warehouse locations or providers. The Director will serve as the primary operational leader and escalation point for 3PL warehousing partners, ensuring that external warehouse operations consistently meet company expectations for safety, quality, productivity, customer service, technology and cost.
