The District Manager is on call, and is responsible the districts operations including capital improvements, administrative activities, marketing, leasing and home sales of new and pre-owned homes, property maintenance, budgeting, human resource management, and most importantly, resident relations. Manages the rent collection process for the district of communities, including collecting, posting and depositing income from leasing of rental sites and homes, as well as filing to collect on delinquent debts.
