Hazards: Office/Classroom furniture, playground/office equipment, communicable diseases, chemicals (as related to specific assignment), fumes, chemicals, high voltage and other hazards related to the specialized trade; climbing, heavy lifting and pushing; subject to driving from site to site to conduct work and adverse weather conditions; and power/hand operated equipment and machinery (as related to specific assignment). REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of: the cleaning methods, materials and equipment used in custodial work; occupational hazards and equipment common to the work; safe and correct use of hand and power tools and equipment common to custodial work; methods, materials and equipment used in m aintenance and repair work including minor plumbing and electrical; safety precautions and safe work practices.
