Preferred Qualifications: Special processes (Laser Weld, Plating), J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, Risk Mitigation Strategies, AS9102, GD&T, RCCA, GD&T, J-STD-001, J-STD-002, Wire Crimping, Soldering, RCCA, special process audits, SPC, Systemic CA, Supplier Development, Drive Improvements with Suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team located across the US and EU, supporting MCHP's Systems factories, with direct responsibility for supporting the Beverly factory.
