This role oversees preventive and reactive maintenance, vendor relationships, facility budgets, compliance, emergencies, and capital projects while partnering closely with Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Finance, landlords, and Center Managers. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate facility issues, costs, priorities, and timelines to leadership, field teams, vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders.
