This leader will also serve as a strategic partner to Employee Success Enablement (ESE), People Insights & Solution Design (PISD), Digital Employee Experience, IT, and external technology partners to optimize learning operations, strengthen learning analytics, and create personalized, data-informed learning experiences embedded into the flow of work. Partnering across Leadership Development, Learning Experience Design, Human-Centered Design, Onboarding, Talent Development Operations, and Talent Development Business Partners, this role will design, scale, and continuously improve technology-enabled learning solutions that accelerate capability building across Autodesk.
