Key job responsibilities - Follow work instructions and safety procedures - Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds - Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory - You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables - Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance - Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations - Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated - Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems - Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc) - Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures Additional Requirements: Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Shifts may vary, depending on program needs Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operations Able to climb and down ladders, work in tight spaces, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
