Troubleshoot and perform repairs involving HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general building maintenance. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, safety, appearance, and functionality of the apartment community while leading and supporting the maintenance team.
