As a key member of the site leadership team reporting to the Operational Readiness Director, the Manager, Mine Operations partners closely with Maintenance, Mine Planning & Engineering, Technical Services, and Safety teams to drive fleet optimization, embed short-interval controls, and foster a proactive zero-harm safety culture. The Manager, Mine Operations is responsible for leading the successful transition of a gold mining operation from commissioning and ramp-up phase into safe, stable, and efficient commercial operations.
